Professional Liability Claim Case Study - Longhorn Engineering

In this workshop we will review the circumstances of an actual XL Catlin professional liability claim. Studying claims that have actually happened can help you more readily spot risks, identify opportunities to use loss prevention techniques and decrease exposure to claims in your own firm. We will review the case individually, split into small groups for discussion, then discuss key points and the bottom line as a group. If anyone would like to read the facts of the case prior to the meeting, please see the attached document.
